1What do I do when I arrive?

Please follow the marshals to the registration desk

2Do I need to attend with my child?

You are welcome to come in with your child to register, however we encourage parents to drop off. Once registered, you can leave your child with the relevant curriculum areas.

3Do I need to bring food?

Please bring a packed lunch. There are vending machines on site if you would like to purchase a snack or a drink.

4What equipment/ clothing should I bring?

Agriculture
Boots with steel toe caps, boiler suit/overalls, trainers, warm coat

Wellies, coat

Military & Protective Services
Suitable clothing for outdoor activities – clothes you don’t mind getting wet and/or muddy! Sturdy outdoor footwear – boots if you have them, running/physical training clothes, shower kit, training shoes for running indoors, waterproof coat, change of clothes

Steel toe capped boots, hard-wearing clothes or overalls

5What time do I need to pick up?

Pick up is at 3:30

7Can I speak to anyone about finance, transport and accommodation?

From 3:30 – 5, there will be staff on hand to answer all your questions about financial support, transport, accommodation and learning support.

8We are travelling from far, is there anything local to do in the area?

There is Bicton park next door where you can get lunch and coffee. The closest town is Exeter which is 9 miles away.
